Three luxury holiday cottages beautifully converted two from a flint barn and one from former stables all furnished to a very high standard but retaining their original character and exposed beams, rated 4 & 5 star by Visit Britain, last inspected 12th November 2012. Long Chimney Cottages is situated in a beautiful part of East Devon that has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Two cottages sleep 4 + 1 + cot/s 4* , Stable Cottage sleeps 6 + cot/s all en suite + wood burner + 5 Star + Gold Award. All cottages are very cosy with full central heating included.
The holiday Cottages are situated between the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Seaton only 2 miles from the Jurassic Coastline. We are located a short distance from the bus route to Exeter or Dorchester and surrounding areas for those who do not wish to drive.
The picturesque village of Branscombe with its Post Office/Shop and award winning Masons Arms Inn is only 1.5 miles distant. Beer Fishing Village is also only a 5 minute drive away with it's sun trap beech where you can purchase fresh fish & crab. Sidmouth provides most every day requirements including shops, banks, post office, library, theater, cinema and cottage hospital, we are also conveniently placed for shops at Sidford about 3 miles away and a new Waitrose supermarket.
Long Chimney Cottages has you can see has a beautiful Mediterranean style heated outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped Games Room, Gym and Sauna, each cottage has its own private well tended south facing garden with patio and far reaching countryside views to the sea. All set in 20 acres of peaceful unspoilt countryside with a stone and flint facade country house which the owners live in, all of which is approached over a long private gravel driveway with ample parking for guests.
WI Fi service available in all cottages. Local amenities include, golf range, sailing, fishing, horse riding and three golf clubs all available a short drive away.
Small - Medium size Pets accepted at the discretion of the owners please check with owner, we do not accept pets in Stable Cottage.

 Premier cottages have launched a "Cottages for Heroes" initiative where professional self-caterers give a week's free accommodation to the families of servicemen killed or injured. Longchimney Farm Cottages are proud to offer this facility to our service men and their families.
